This week Give Your Heart a Break left the most important chart in the United States, the Billboard Hot 100 and reached the 16th position and remained on the chart for 32 weeks, has sold 1.6 million copies till date, thus being certified platinum.

On the internet the song was also a great success, with the video clip, lyric and go Vevo shows added only 90 million views on youtube, also reached the 3rd and 10th place respectively on yahoo and myspace Songs.
